Terms of Service

1. License

Genesys is open-source software licensed under the Apache License, Version 2.0. You may use, modify, and distribute Genesys in accordance with that license. A copy of the license is included in the project repository.

2. Hosted Service

Astrix Labs (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates a hosted instance of Genesys. By creating an account or using the hosted service, you agree to these terms.

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the service
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You retain ownership of all content you store through the service
• We provide the service “as is” without warranties of any kind

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service to store or transmit content that is unlawful, harmful, or violates the rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data or the underlying infrastructure
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or impose an unreasonable load on our systems
• Use the service in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair it

4. Data and Privacy

Your use of the hosted service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.

You may export or delete your data at any time using the provided MCP tools. If you delete your account, all associated data will be removed within 30 days.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Astrix Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the service.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
